This clinic has been conceived as an Immediate Medical Care Unit which provides emergency first aid, medical assessment and treatment for a wide range of accidents and emergency medical conditions. The unit is staffed by a motivated and dedicated team of doctors and nurses who are fully qualified to administer professional immediate care.
The IMCU provides more detailed investigations in the form of ECGs and blood investigations with results available within minutes. Patients visiting the Saint James Hospital Immediate Medical Care Unit within the Burmarrad Highway Clinic will have complete access to the Group’s extensive medical facilities and services, if their condition so requires.
